Wake up each morning to a complimentary, hot breakfast buffet, and on Sunday through Thursday evenings enjoy a complimentary manager's reception. High-speed Internet access is available in all guest rooms as well as within and near the pool area. Villas range from one to four bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 8 people. You may enjoy an ocean view, scenic view or a partial ocean view. The villa offer all the necessities for a comfortable stay along with the services and benefits of being a Kiawah Island guest. For a stay of less than one week,a deposit of one night's stay is required. For stays longer than a week, a deposit of half your stay is required. They are also pet friendly for a $25.00 per day pet fee.
